Hernö Gin, award-winning craftsmanship from the High Coast

‍Hernö Gin is distilled with care in the natural surroundings of the High Coast and has repeatedly been awarded gold in international competitions. The gin is known for its clean, fresh character that reflects the Northern Swedish landscape. Founded in 2011 in the small village of Dala outside Härnösand by Jon Hillgren, Hernö is Sweden's first gin distillery and was the northernmost in the world at the time of its founding. Today, Hernö is considered one of the world's most award-winning gin producers.

‍At the 2025 International Spirits Challenge (ISC), Hernö was named Gin Producer of the Year for the second consecutive year, and Hernö én Gin, created with chef Björn Frantzén, was awarded a Trophy, the competition's highest honor.
