We had three productive days at Siggesta Gård where we were able to alternate activities that fit perfectly with both the purpose and the agenda of our meeting. We got off to a good start with the activity “Cultivate” to get in the right mood and we can really recommend the leadership activity “Talk to horses” that gives a direct feedback on communication and leadership.
