Weekends in December, you can enjoy Siggesta's Christmas table and overnight stay in our cozy boutique hotel rooms. Experience a rural Christmas in a scenic setting.

Christmas celebrations at Siggesta Gård are rustic, cosy and tasty. We serve Siggeta's Christmas table in a classic way in Restaurang Ladugården. The bonfires are lit and warm sheep traps are warming. You book Christmas tables and overnight accommodation for the maximum Christmas cheer.

On the appetizer table they serve cold dishes with tasty herring, salmon and cold cuts. The warm contains several raw materials from the farm and in collaboration with local producers. The dessert table will not leave anyone dissatisfied with treats, desserts and homemade sweets. At Siggesta's Christmas table there are a lot of vegetarian dishes. We cook with sustainability in mind!

Christmas market

December 13 - 14, the courtyard is filled with our well-attended Christmas market. Selected artisans, UF companies, delicatessen and treats will stand in our market stalls.

Locally produced and homemade! Enjoy your dinner or feast prepared on farm-side cuisine — by our dedicated and skilled chefs. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and our cooking is modern and rustic.

Warmly welcome to Siggesta's Christmas table in a classic way, full of tradition and flavors at Siggesta Gård.

  • Delicate herring and gravlax.
  • Juicy ham, creamy Jansson's temptation.
  • The classics meatballs & prince sausages.
  • Deer meat from our own hunt with homemade sausage, smoked deer heart and deer roast.
  • Homemade mustard and applesauce.
  • Pickled, pickled and dug carrots, fennel and beets, harvested from our Kitchen Garden.
  • For those who prefer vegetarian, we have a wide range, including pickled oyster mushrooms and whole baked celeriac.
  • Home-cooked red cabbage and creamy stewed kale for the perfect Christmas flavor.
  • Salads and homemade bread.
  • Local cheeses from Rindö ostmakeri, served with home-made marmalades such as tomato & lemon from our own farm.
  • Finish off your festive meal with homemade desserts that taste of Christmas, like lingonberry fudge and saffron panna cotta.

Sustainable at Siggesta

Seasonal produce and as much of its own as possible are Siggesta's devis. The deer meat is wild, hunted on the farm's land and from its own the kitchen garden a ton of lovely vegetables and herbs are harvested every year. The water in the taps comes from its own wastewater treatment plant. From earth to table!
