On select Tuesdays, Niclas "Nicke" Tuomela takes his place at the grill in Restaurang Ladugården. With over 30 years of experience in food and wine, a finalist spot in Sweden's MasterChef, and a true passion for BBQ (he even competes in grilling), this promises to be an extraordinary evening.
Nicke has selected his absolute favorite cuts, which you can pick up piping hot straight from the grill, accompanied by delicious seasonal sides – often sourced from our own kitchen garden. During dinner, he will guide you through the flavors and share the secrets behind the perfect wine pairing, mixed with humor and stories from the restaurant industry.

Siggesta Gård on Värmdö is known for food that reflects its surroundings – much of it comes from our own kitchen garden or from local producers nearby. This also applies to our BBQ night. It’s not a standard setup – it’s an evening that truly tastes like Siggesta.

Yes – for conference guests staying overnight on Tuesdays, the barbecue evening is included at no extra cost. If you are a day conference group, you can add the barbecue evening as a wonderful way to end the day.
What time of year is the barbecue evening offered?
On selected Tuesdays in August and September. Please contact us to confirm dates before making your booking.
